Injection Moulding Setter

A leading and innovative manufacturer supplying global OEMs is seeking an Injection Moulding Setter to join their team. Your role will be to ensure production targets are met and quality levels are maintained.

**As an Injection Moulding Setter your duties will include -**
- Setting tools in presses and their start up in line with production requirements
- Preparing tools and equipment in advance of a tool change
- Setting up robot heads and load programmes
- Reporting faults to tool-room / maintenance
- Troubleshooting and supporting process improvements as directed by the Process Engineer
- Participate in SMED activities
- Have worked as a Setter or Technician in a plastic injection moulding manufacturing environment.
- Be able to carry out tool changes and to condition set.
- Hold or be actively pursuing an NVQ Level 2 in Injection Moulding and Tool Setting.
