**Responsibilities**:

- Bartending, serving drinks to guests and customers.
- Cleaning tables, vacuuming the bar, restaurant and lobby areas after guests have gone to bed.
- Problem solving any guest issues after reception team have finished their shift, some late check ins from time to time.
- Setting up the breakfast room in the mornings
- Setting up the event rooms as required
- Cleaning and taking down event room set up as required
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the senior management team
- On Call for night time guest emergencies 5 nights a week

**Experience**:

- Good customer service skills
- Problem solving
- Reliable
- Enjoys dealing with people and meeting new people
- Previous experience in Bartending or Customer Service preferred
- Must be over 18 years old
- Ability to work well in a team environment

As a live in night porter you will be required to be on call when not on shift.
