Are you an experienced HLTA with a passion for working with young people with social emotional and mental health needs?

We are a reputable recruitment agency seeking a dedicated and skilled HLTA to join a specialist provision for pupils aged 11-16 in Blackburn.

This is a long-term opportunity with the view to go permanent and starting as soon as possible. The role will involve providing support to pupils with a range of needs and working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomesfor the students.

As a HLTA, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering interventions and support to pupils with social emotional and mental health needs
- Providing classroom cover for teachers
- Leading and delivering small group or individual support sessions
- Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of pupils
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- HLTA qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with young people with social emotional and mental health needs.
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate of pay between £97.92 - £122.34 (PAYE).
