Waitress/bartender

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales
- Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe bar area
- Assist in the kitchen with basic food preparation as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails and pouring drinks
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness in the bar area
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to assist with basic food preparation when necessary
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips

**Salary**: £9.66-£11.37 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
