**About the role**

Support the planning, management, delivery and evaluation of both on and offline campaigns to promote all FAU brand, products and services to both commercial and student audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Support in the development, delivery and evaluation of operational marketing plans through various tactics (web, print, digital, social, OOH, events).

Support in the development, delivery and evaluation of student and commercial marketing campaigns.

Work collaboratively with Design and IT to deliver high impact creatives for the campaigns

Check, improve, proof, and provide a critical eye for all marketing assets and copywriting.

Marketing competitor monitoring.

Monitor and respond to social media activity on all commercial and student accounts, and delivery of all organic social media promotional activity.

Support the development of student facing content, including video and social promotion

Attendance at commercial and student events (may include out of hours travel, overnight stays and weekend working as required).
- Experience working in a marketing and/or communications role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical eye and great attention to detail
- Effective organisational skills, with the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
- Experience of working on simultaneous projects, planning and organising activities for the short and long term
- Experience of working in higher education and an understanding of marketing trends
- An understanding and knowledge of marketing and communications techniques across a range of media, including print, advertising, web and digital

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
