Due to continued growth and future plans we wish to recruit a results focused Sales Representative to develop our accounts within the Construction sector. You will be able to create a targeted strategy to identify and develop key accounts - growing business across all products and services. You will also use your industry knowledge and expertise to nurture solid partnerships for the future.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Develop new customer relationships whilst continuously growing existing ones
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Resolve issues and problems faced by customers in a timely manner
- Set and monitor sales targets for individual Account Managers and the sales team
- Compile and analyse sales data through the CRM system
- Collect customer feedback and market research
- Knowledge of the Construction Industry
- Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Incentivised by hitting targets
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Motivated to be successful
- Previous experience in a sales-based customer-focused industry
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Competent level of IT proficiency
