**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with Jumped Up Theatre, a Performing Arts Company based in Peterborough.

Jumped Up has been producing events around the UK since 1993, bringing touring and homegrown productions and events into a variety of community spaces, including: pubs, churches, community gardens, museums, front-rooms, and theatres.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:
The Role:

- Manage social media platforms.
- Creation of flyers.
- Creating exciting and engaging content for our marketing campaigns.
- Producing content/marketing material, including onsite content and blog posts.
- Support creation of paid social media campaigns in order to increase customer attraction.
- Analysis data and report findings.
- Engagement online for our client base.
- Responding to enquiries.
- Helping to manage content and outreach marketing campaigns.
- Design and execute a campaign planner.
- Update and maintain the company website.
- Create strategies to increase the social media presence of the services.

- You can demonstrate an interest and aptitude in marketing and communication, mainly digital but also press and print.
- You are interested in developing your marketing skills and delivering your own digital projects.
- You would also welcome the opportunity to occasionally work as an assistant on public-facing live events, from performances or workshops to audience development campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Training to be provided**:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
