**Programme Coordinator**

**Permanent Contract**

**c£22,000 per annum/pro rata (depending on experience)**

Working with the wider delivery team this role will contribute to the success of NYBEP through supporting the delivery of specific key contractual targets; contributing to the work-related learning needs of individual schools, colleges and other work related learning providers.

You will deliver or support the delivery of learner interventions to high professional standards. You will contribute to achieving positive contractual outcomes across key contracts and our wider Strategic Pillars.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is prepared to work flexibly and as part of a team in a high-profile and demanding environment - often working to tight deadlines and someone who would want to contribute to making a difference to young people and their futures.

**You will be**:

- proactive, confident, and have first class communications skills.
- a creative thinker, able to develop ideas that ultimately support the wider team to create and deliver good careers and enterprise programmes.
- able to contribute to the success of NYBEP through supporting the delivery of specific key contractual targets to maintain our status as a delivery organisation; contributing to the work-related learning needs of individual schools, colleges and other work related learning providers.

Our office is based at the Science Park in York with easy access and free parking.
