We are looking for a brand new team of Facilities and Venue Assistants to work at our new refurbished Redbridge Town Hall and our popular Sir James Hawley Hall. Our Facilities and Venue Assistants will be a key figure in our team, taking on the responsibility for day to day maintenance, setting up of furniture for hires and events and working alongside the Venue/ Library Managers.

**In the Facilities Duty Manager role, you’ll get to**
- Work alongside other facilities colleagues and lead on the set ups and de-rigs of for functions, open days and events.
- Carry out basic maintenance and build relationships with contractors for larger works.
- Take responsibility for our regular health and safety checks
- Manage a small cleaning team that keep the Mansion looking at its best.
- Ensure all function rooms furniture and equipment meet our high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Have a keen eye for keeping to the schedule, making sure all ceremonies, events and open days are fully staffed.

**Essential requirements**:

- **Experience of working within a customer service or hospitality related role**:

- **Experience of staff and resource management**:

- **These posts will involve lone working, late evening, weekend and bank holiday working as required.**
