Key Accountabilities:
- Development of logistic planning activities (supply chain, logistics structure, packaging, planning) to support launch and change of new product integration
- Project control, management and delivery of supply chain, logistics structure and packaging
- Designing of efficient processes for components supply to all technologies
- Development of robust supply chains and structures to support volume growth
- Lead Logistics project teams
- Daily communication with all Manufacturing functions
- Close co-operation with central Logistics planning functions
- Development of robust supply chains and structures to support volume growth
- Integrate in excess of 3000 new parts with significant growth against new product integration(NPI)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferably educated to degree level in Logistics and Supply Chain Planning or similar
- Formal training in Logistics.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics processes, strategies and concepts.
- Strongly self-motivated, high analytical and logical capabilities.
- Knowledge of project management.
- High level of creative thinking.
- Excellent communications skills, able to convince people at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent capability to manage conflicts and to solve problems.
