Depot Supervisor

As a Depot Supervisor you will provide supervision to the allocated shift, effectively managing the depot team, ensuring product quality, compliance, productivity, workload allocation and cost-controls. You will coordinate and control the safe delivery and collection of all equipment in conjunction with the day to day running of the depot.
We are looking for experience of managing/supervising a team/colleagues and ensuring that all deadlines/timescales are being met. You will also deal with the Hire Desks, other depots, re-hire suppliers and colleagues, so the ability to communicate and achieve results will be key. Experience of managing assets and the ability to ensure the depot holds appropriate levels of well-maintained equipment to enable the depot to effectively meet customer demands. You must also hold a current and valid FLT licence.
**Knowledge/background**:
- Forklift licence essential (ideally 16½ T although we can offer this up-skilling)
- Previous supervisory experience
- Background of good H&S standards required
- Basic level of IT including MS Office
