_**Petrol Station - Shift Leader / Sales Supervisor**_
- **Location: Erith, Kent**_
- **Salary: £28,080 per annum**_
- **(Additional sales target bonus structure of up to 10% of salary)**_
- **OUTLINE**:_
- **We are looking for someone with previous retail experience to run a busy petrol station.**_
- **Five Day / 45-hour week, will include weekend and evening shifts**_
- **Daily duties would include, but are not limited to**:_**:

- Stock Control, price setting and profit margins**_**:

- Ordering fuel & shop goods**_**:

- Supervision of store merchandising and promotions**_**:

- Ensuring the site retains high standard of service**_**:

- Supervision and compliance with Due Diligence / Daily Checks**_**:

- **Job description - Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- **A challenging role in a busy retail environment; out of the office and leading from the front - on the store floor with your colleagues and customers. You’ll be required to maximise the profit of the store and deliver sales and performance targets. You’ll motivate a small store team to complete a very busy workload so that your store runs to the highest standards of performance. That means working alongside the store team, effectively delegating tasks, working to KPIs, following processes, developing your team and prioritising your customers.**_
- **Your main duties will include**:_
- **Training and development of the store team.**_
- **To ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with company guidelines.**_
- **Effectively manage the stock control procedures and profit margins.**_
- **Effectively communicate on a daily basis to store team.**_
- **Previous retail management experience**_
- **Ability to lead, manage and develop others as you will need to be able to deal effectively with customer and staff issues.**_
- **Demonstrate a good commercial awareness, and possess a natural flair for in store merchandising, promotions and retail**_
- **Good eye for detail.**_
- **Flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, you will be tenacious, hardworking and reliable.**_
- **Confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with an above reproach attitude.**_

**Salary**: £28,080.00 per year
