Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
You’ll be responsible for setting up, hosting and ensuring smooth operation of outdoor Lawn Games and Tennis
Maintaining and replenishing all changing areas and gym facilities to the highest of standards
Attaining a safe working knowledge of all cleaning products and machinery
Attending monthly departmental meetings and contribute your ideas for continued improvement
Building great working relationships with our members and guests, as well as with other departments across the estate
Carrying out safety checks and report any maintenance required swiftly and efficiently
Assisting our Lifeguards in maintaining and running the pool hall areas
The working pattern consists of a combination of shifts working across 3 days out of 7, weekday shifts 6.00 am - 2.30pm / 2.00pm-10.30pm weekend shifts 6.30am - 3.00pm / 2.00pm - 10.30pm
Take pride in keeping all public areas, front and back of house to the highest level of cleanliness
Interacting with our members and guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their visit with us 5 star in every way
