Travel Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant person to assist in creating bespoke travel packages and tailor-made itineraries in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.

**About Us**

We're an independent travel agency group with three branches, all located in the North of England. Our flagship Wakefield store opened almost 20 years ago, achieving great success and growth in the time since it began trading. We're ABTA members and we hold our own ATOL license and IATA, giving us the flexibility to dynamically package holidays for our clients, meaning a lot of what we do is tailor-made, giving us a unique advantage over other travel retail outlets on the high street.

**About You**
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment
- A passion for travelling and adventure, and the desire to help those with the same passion.
- Administration and office experience.
- Experience working in a customer-service environment, with a confident and can-do attitude.

As we specialise in bespoke long-haul packages, a lot of which are for for North America, the Far East and Australasia.

**Position: Full-Time.**

**Salary**: From £21,361.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
