JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual with a desire to work within the media industry in a support role. The main function will be to support the day to day running of the finance department. Part of the role will also be to help the other companies in the group with their day-to-day transaction processing. You will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and will work closely with members of the Finance team across the group in both Glasgow and London.

It is anticipated that this role will be based on a hybrid working model with at least 3 days per week in the Glasgow office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing purchase invoices and reconciling supplier accounts
- Review and process card transactions on Pleo expense management system
- Review and processing production petty cash reconciliations
- Manage internal accounts filing
- Assisting with the preparation of weekly payment runs
- Resolving supplier queries
- Provide support at month end assisting the senior finance team with ad hoc tasks across the group.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Proficient level of computer and IT literacy including word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- High level of accuracy and numeracy & good attention to detail
- Experience working in a busy office environment preferred but not essential
- Experience in Netsuite or similar accounting software is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to communicate, both in written and verbal form, with colleagues, customer and suppliers and maintain a flexible approach to the role
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload with guidance from the senior finance team.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
