Leet Financial Planning is run by award winning Independent Financial Planner and Director, Mary Hemingway, in the picturesque Hirsel Estate in Coldstream. We support our clients in achieving their life goals through holistic financial planning. This means creating a roadmap to achieve key things like buying a house, paying school fees, retiring and passing on a legacy to loved ones. Then implementing the plan with the use of pensions, investments and life insurance and regularly checking progress together so we can make any changes needed to achieve success
We are looking for an energetic, and adaptable administrator to help grow and scale the business into it’s next phase.
Key Duties include:
- Accurate entry of data onto a CRM system
- Logging tasks and managing new business workflows
- Preparation of meeting paperwork and carrying our post meeting actions
- Gathering pension and investment information from providers and collating this information
- Uploading documents to the CRM
- Following FCA best practice at all times and ensuring accurate and up to date client files are held
- Upholding the strictest degree of confidentiality
Qualities
- Very high level of written communication
- Solid numeracy skills and a willingness to learn
- Able to use own initiative and to problem solve quickly
- A fast learner, especially with IT systems
- Experience with basic Microsoft package
- High energy and drive to uphold the excellent standards of this growing firm
- Keen to contribute ideas and always strive to improve
What is on offer:
- 16 hours a week over a standard 4 day working week
- Flexibility of hours
- Primarily office based but may be flexible when fully trained
- £19,000- £21,000 FTE
- Opportunity to train and develop in the Financial Advice industry
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
