Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Building rapport with guests and providing recommendations on menu items
- Preparing and serving drinks according to customer preferences and specifications
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with restaurant set-up and clean-up before and after service
- Maintaining knowledge of menu items and ingredients, including any allergens or dietary restrictions
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Managing social media channels, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to messages and comments, and monitoring online orders, reviews and feedbacks

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of experience as a waiter in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other staff members
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
