Sales Estimator

We are an independent carpet & flooring retailer based in Waterloo, Liverpool and we are looking for a sales/Estimator to help with Sales and the day to day running of the Showroom. You will be working within a small friendly team and must have previous flooring experience. Basic computer skills and good telephone manner essential. Five day week including Saturdays (negotiable). £25,000 to £30,000 (plus commission) dependent on experience.

We are seeking a Flooring Sales Estimator who is passionate about customer experience.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Be a product expert in all carpet, vinyl and luxury vinyl tile.
- Visit customer homes in a timely manner, measure their area and discuss with customer needs and advise on perfect flooring for them, paying attention to their requirements.
- Build strong relationships with all customers, suppliers, installers and sales team.
- Provide appropriate solutions for closing off sales, managing quotes, and helping in store with day to day running of the business.
- Processing orders and deliveries

- Experience in a Showroom Sales.
- Passionate about customer service and providing an exceptional experience.
- A team player with a great work ethic
- Friendly, clear and engaging communication, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- A Sales Professional, motivated and to close deals and earn commission
- Clean Driving License as company vehicle may be provided to do site visits.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Waterloo: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
