Currently studying for A levels and due to start a university degree course in September, our client is looking for someone who can be a communication partner and help with studies as well as fulfil his care needs. Parador Care Support is seeking PAs (preferably with experience) to support shifts for a 17 year old male client with complex care needs that include:
**PA Specification**
- Personal care
- Gastrostomy feeding
- Oxygen therapy (Ventilator)
- Communication partner
- Accompanying client to school and next year to University
- Accompanying client on out of school commitments including meetings in London
- Working in client’s home
- General light duties
- Non smoker
- Driver

Parador Care Support is NOT an agency and you will be employed by the client and all shifts are offered on a rota basis and not adhoc like normal agency practices.
