**Branch Manager**

MatthewOlivers are recruiting a Branch Manager to join an ambitious and well driven Independent agency to join their market leading team.

**As Branch Manager you will**:

- Be responsible for the day to day running of the office/business,
- Maintain and grow current business and staff levels
- Attend Manager meetings, and support peers
- Carry out property Valuations, Sales and occasionally Lettings
- Manage the Sales Pipeline
- Understand the local area and competition

**You will have the following skills / experience**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach to inspire the team
- Be able to run a profitable agency

**Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000

**OTE**: £45,000 - £50,000
