**Front of House Student Liaison (part time) West Kent**

**Monday & Tuesday 8.15am
- 5.15pm (1 hour break), Wednesday 8.15am - 1pm (30 mins break)**

Rare part time opportunity to join an educational establishment based in the Tonbridge area. Working on the busy front desk, you will need to be on site Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays weekly, for a total of 21.5 hours, although this would increase shouldthe role become permanent.

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Acting as a warm first point of contact to a variety of stakeholders offering exceptional customer service
- Daily use of Switchboard
- Setting up Microsoft Teams meetings
- Dealing with complaints, escalating where necessary
- Accurate record keeping of all visitors
- General administrative duties including managing and distributing post, supporting with the organisation of events or meetings
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be required
- Some experience in a relevant administrative role within Education
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and friendly approach
- Comfortable managing a busy phone system, including a switchboard (experience using a switchboard an advantage)
- Experience using Microsoft Teams
- Good IT skills
- Super organised with a meticulous attention to detail
- Able to commit to the hours, with flexibility to work for a full day on Wednesdays in the future
- Looking for a part time role permanently but happy to start out as a temp
- An existing enhanced DBS check from within the last 12 months, or with willingness to update if out of date
- A driving licence and own transport due to location
