Our Global Enterprise Technology Business are looking for a senior digital leader to lead HR Technology platforms and align with Group HR People priorities. The role will require management of global HR Technology resources alongside implementations of services to relative to regional requirements.

Job Requirements:

- To be the Technology representative for HR and lead the HR Technology team to deliver on agreed outcomes.
- To partner on the deliverables of the HR Transformation team, Global HR Service Owners and Technology Transformation team in driving end to end customer and colleague digital journeys.
- A global role covering all HR Software Delivery including responsibility for budget, people, vendor service management, contracts and risks.
- Build a relationship of trust and influence with the HR and Technology Leadership (and especially with the HR COO, Head of Transformation and their leadership) and represent HR on all Technology matters and strategy.
- Agreement of business strategy and priorities in association with the book of work and budget, ensuring mandatory regional / country requirements and SaaS upgrades and maintenance is also addressed.
- Optimise HR Technology resources globally to maintain an integrated team leveraging the capabilities of staff in both central and regional teams and ensuring the right skills mix.
- Manage the efforts of global teams including all aspects of data processing design, development, testing, conversion and production support.
- Reporting into the CIO for Corporate Functions and providing senior management with overall comfort level and technological positioning of HR Technology in line with strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in a large multi-national organisation, preferably in a regulated industry such as Financial Services, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods
- Experience in running large platforms and digital transformation - a digital leader with experience of driving end to end digital customer and colleague journeys.
- A team leader who has managed professionals across multiple geographies and time zones
- Any experience with HR processes and HR platforms would be nice to have not mandatory.

This role is based in London but some travel may be required.
