**The Role**:
**Contract Type: Permanent Contract - full time 37.5 hours pw, Mon-fri 08:30 -17:00pm**
**Persona: Agile 20% - 40% office based and homeworking**
**Reporting office** **Stratford, London**

**Interviews will be held on: TBC**
**Salary**: £23,000-£25,750**

**An exciting role within a dynamic sales and marketing team, which could lead to wider opportunities in the future.**
As a key member of the Sales Progression team you will be responsible for inputting all information onto our systems and dealing with a high volume of administrative processes, providing support to a very busy Sales Team. You will be the first point of contact to our solicitors and financial advisors, processing sales documentation and updating systems to ensure that L&Q meets all of its targets including financial performance and customer satisfaction. Whilst this is not a customer facing role, the services provided contribute greatly to our customer journey

The successful applicant must evidence:

- Excellent administrative and IT skills including Microsoft, Excel, Word & Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Previous experience of working with customers with a commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and an ability to prioritise
- A positive, can do and collaborative approach to team work

Knowledge of affordable home ownership and private sale products would be an advantage.
