Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain sheet metal fabrication equipment
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components according to blueprints and specifications
- Use cranes and other lifting equipment to move materials and finished products
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
- Utilize hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments for precise measurements
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine proper dimensions and tolerances
- Set up and adjust tooling for different production runs

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an operator in a sheet metal fabrication environment is preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
