Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient productivity
- Supervise and provide guidance to shop employees, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure a safe and clean working environment

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
