As a Corporate Security Officer, you will be working in a well-known highly secure building, providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike. As well as ensuring the security of the site, you will also be required to maintain a high levelof customer service and support, as well as having the ability to pick up extra tasks as required. This site handles matters of a sensitive nature, and so you must be able to always remain professional. You will be representing BardWood and our client, providinga service to the highest standards in a fast-paced building. The position requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service & communication skills are essential along with a positive/helpful attitude.

**Shift pattern**:Varied shift pattern available as below
- Days only
- 12/ 12.5-hour day shifts
- Day and night Shift - 12 hours per shift, 21 day rolling shift pattern
- Nights only - 12 hours per shift. 5 nights per week

**Rates**: Ranges from £10.43 per hr to £10.96

**Location**:Must be flexible to workatAldermaston**-** RG7 4PR and Burghfield - RG30 3RR

**Role requirements**:

- Communication must be to the highest standards
- Must be able to obtain SC / DV clearance
- British passport must be held for 5 years or more
- Customer focus must be to the highest standards
- 5-year checkable work/career history.

**Required duties**:

- Patrol the Premises, Investigate Disturbances, Monitor Entry and Exit Points of the Building.
- Access / egress control to site
- Personal property search
- Vehicle search - cars / commercial vehicles
- Call Help in Emergency Situations, Circulate Among Visitors.
- Building Customer and Client Relations

**Essential skills needed**:

- Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks
- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Effective Communicator and Strong interpersonal skills
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
- The ability to work independently or as a team
- Health and safety awareness and knowledge of relevant procedures
