If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex clinical care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you

**We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our new team in Cheadle.**

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare assistants in Cheadle, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one and two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their family home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a young lady in her 20’s who lives in her family home in Cheadle, she requires support with her complex care needs on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis throughout the day.

Throughout the day you will be required to support with all daily tasks including Personal care, Moving and handling and attending to her clinical care needs when required.

You will assist her to enjoy her hobbies and interests, this will include accessing the community, Listening to her favourite music, Watching Netflix, exploring arts and crafts, and having a pamper especially Facials.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential experience**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and handling
- Medication Administration

**Desirable Experience**
- Autism Awareness
- Ventilation management
- Achondroplasia awareness
- Autonomic Dysreflexia awareness

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Full & Part Time available 2-5 shifts per week
- Mixture of Day shifts available
- 7am-3pm
- 1pm-10pm

**Take a look at our payrates**

Weekdays: £15.00 per hour (£135 per 9-hour shift)

Saturdays: £16.00 per hour (£144 approx. per 9-hour shift)

Sundays: £16.00 per hour (£144 approx. per 9-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £18.50 per hour (£166.50 approx. per 9-hour shift)
