Faculty Leader Stem

The Governors of Harrytown Catholic High School wish to appoint, from Summer 2023 a Faculty Leader to lead our STeM Faculty. Faculty Leaders are part of our extended Senior Leadership Team. The successful appointee will be expected to make a significant contribution to our journey of continuous improvement in our highly successful school.

**We require a colleague who**:

- is a proven classroom practitioner
- has management and leadership experience, at least at middle leadership level
- can demonstrate a commitment to raising standards of achievement
- demonstrates efficiency, organisational skill and hard work
