**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the Cafe, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead and inspire the Cafe Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate food preparation, beverage service, and maintaining high food safety standards.
- Foster a magical atmosphere from the moment guests step in until their departure.
- Efficiently manage queues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold brand standards, while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
- Execute Opening and Closing procedures with precision.
- Contribute to restocking and stock rotation efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in food and beverage roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Customer-centric mindset with a flair for creating enchanting experiences.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills that inspire teamwork and initiative.
- Flexible availability including weekends and weekdays.

**Conditions**:
This role will be on a zero hour contract with the expectation of a minimum of 2 working days and maximum of 5 working days. You must have weekday and weekend availability (between the hours of 9am-6pm).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
