Tracsis Transport Consultancy, part of the Tracsis group, provide professional, independent advice in many aspects of rail and bus strategy and planning. TTC are looking for a Rail Performance Lead who will be responsible for leading the Performance Team within the Simulation & Performance Team, alongside directing projects within the Performance Team sphere.

**What you'll do...**
Working very closely with the TRC Simulation Sub Team, mainly through the Timetable Analysis and Delay Attribution spectrum. Driving forward the Data Analysis Sub Team strategy not just for the Performance Sub Team but for the rest of TRC. Knitting together the Timetable Analysis and Delay Attribution, Performance Management & Data Analysis spectrums within the rail performance arena, providing a contrasting and cohesive rail performance offering.
- Line management of Timetable Analysis & Delay Attribution Sub Team Lead, Performance Management Sub Team Lead (TBC) & Data Analysis Sub Team Lead (TBC), including up to around 3 additional members of staff within these teams where required.
- Management of revenue for Performance Sub Team including revenue administration, such as invoicing.
- Responsible for delivery of Performance Sub Team Projects, including support within the resource management spectrum
- Responsible for innovation of Performance Sub Team Services
- Responsible for maintaining and reviewing current processes within Performance Sub Team
- Responsible for client relationship management within Performance Sub Team
- Responsible for Business Development within Performance Team, identifying new opportunities and completing tenders/proposals
- Report & presentation writing, alongside being able to review outputs from Performance Team
- Supporting Head of Simulation & Performance where required
- Responsible for managing the TRC Data Analyst Apprenticeship Programme with Data Analysis Team Lead

- Experience in project delivery & resource management including for example delivering to tight timescales
- Experience in business development, for example researching opportunities and securing those with proposals/tenders
- Working in developing & maintaining processes
- Line management including coaching of more junior members of staff.
