As OD Consultant you will report to the Assistant Director Organisation Development (OD) and Transformation to support clinical and operational managers in our Trust to improve the organisational culture and experience of our workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with the Assistant Director of OD to develop and implement our Strategic People Plan to ensure the provision of an appropriate, well-motivated, highly skilled and high-performing workforce.
- Supporting the provision of high-quality care environments which consistently exceed both statutory and Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements.
- Playing a leading role in the management of change within the Trust through building capability and capacity, engaging with staff, line managers, staff networks and trade union colleagues.
- Acting as a role model and a champion for our values, ensuring that they are embedded in all people management practices.
- Developing and delivering OD initiatives and interventions to ensure:

- an inclusive culture.
- the support for improvements in working practices through organisational review and redesign; and
- efficient, consistent, and sustainable workforce practices
