**Role Purpose**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborative development of business solutions using cloud technologies across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Security, and Jamf.
- Consult and support internal business partners and stakeholders in relation to M365.
- Creation and upkeep of run books and technical documentation.
- Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting of issues related to M365 and Jamf services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of the Microsoft 365 and Jamf environments.
- Support in the creation and implementation of the technology roadmap.

**About You**
- Experience administering Microsoft technologies, especially Microsoft 365 services.
- Understanding of cloud technology concepts.
- Understanding of basic security concepts such as “Zero trust” and the principle of least privilege.
- Experience with advanced technical problem solving.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Security, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
- Experience with Apple MacOS.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerShell.
