Shipwright

We are looking for an experienced Shipwright/Boat Builder to enable the repair, refurb and refit of various commercial vessels.

We would like you to have the following skills:

- A good knowledge of maintenance and repairs of commercial vessels.
- Ideally, strong experience working with wood, but also with composite and other materials
- Good organisational skills, some project management experience and the ability to problem solve
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Capable of working on your own and if necessary, leading a small team
- The ability to work to high standards and time scales and take responsibility for one's own work
- A flexible attitude. It is important to also assist in other yard duties, such as boat haulage and assisting other trades, where necessary. This is a small business.
- Basic computer literacy
- Good experience in the Marine industry

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
