The Council has undergone a review of its structure to bring together a range of related disciplines under one Place Making service, including Economic Development, Climate Change, Planning and Countryside services. You will need to have experience of assessing trees for Tree Preservation Orders, and a solid understanding of relevant arboricultural legislation. The role operates with a degree of autonomy so you will also be a team player who can operate on their own initiative. You will be contributing to the achievement of the Council’s corporate vision, behaviours and priorities and the development of the Council’s positive high performing culture.
