Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Barista to work in a fast-paced Café based in Preston university

**About the job**:

- Monday - Friday.
- 09:30-17:30
- Preparing coffee using a barista style coffee machine.
- To correctly set up all areas ready for opening, ensuring food and beverage items stocked up / ready to serve, and both restaurant and counter areas are clean and well presented.
- To close down all areas after closing, including till closure, food and beverage items properly secured/disposed of/stocked up, restaurant and bar areas cleaned, equipment shut down, and waste removed according to procedure.
- Re-stocking the sandwiches, cakes and chilled drinks as and when required.
- Working football match days serving alcoholic beverages at pace to customers.

**About you**:

- Minimum 1-2 years Barista experience.
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced casual hospitality environment.
- Experience delivering commercial targets (essential).
- Food Safety Hygiene Level-1 (Advantageous).
- Previous experience working within the corporate events environment.
- Flexible to work events and match days.
