- £18.50 Per Hour (Contracted Rate)

**Duties**:

- Working on a new build housing scheme
- Basic snagging, Painting (Touching Up), Filing works
- No Mastic or Joinery
- Identifying other snaggs and defects and reporting to Site Manager
- Adhering to Health & Safety

**About you**:

- Right to Work in the UK
- CSCS Card or Certificate
- Previous experience working on a new build housing
- Multiskilled Trades Person
- Have own transport and tools
- Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative when unsupervised
- Good eye to detail
- Working references ideally from a similar job
