**Business Development Executive**

**London**

**£25,000 - £35,000 (OTE) + Uncapped commission**

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join a well-established Lloyd’s broker as a Business Development Executive. They specialise in providing Professional Indemnity insurance to a wide range of businesses including architects,solicitors, and surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through telesales
- Deliver accurate and relevant sales pitches to potential clients
- Maintain accurate records and manage customer data
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

- Minimum of six months of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 (OTE) based on experience
- Uncapped commission and regular incentives
- Discounted share scheme and pension contribution
