Paying a salary up to £26,000 per annum working / 37.5 hours per week / Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Plus access to our annual STIP (annual company-wide bonus) scheme with an additional 10% of your salary

With previous Paid Search experience in building, growing and optimising paid search campaigns, we want to hear from our newest forward thinking Marketing Executive to provide crucial support across our Paid Social and Display and Paid Social channels.

**This is a hugely exciting opportunity to hit the ground running, growing your existing marketing skills and soaking up the wealth of experience around you whilst supporting the Performance Media Team in its delivery of property lead targets across the Sykes and Hogans brand specifically.**

**Your Responsibilities**:
Reporting into the Performance Media Manager, our newest Junior member of the team will be responsible for the following:
PPC
- Booking Generation.
- Providing business-wide support across Paid Social and Display Channels.
- Activity optimisation.
- Being part of a continuous experimentation workflow.
- Responsible for processes, ensuring they are adhered to.

Leadership
- Identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders across the business and externally, such as suppliers, HODs, Directors etc
- Embrace and drive innovation with the ability to think outside of the box.
- Consistently demonstrate passion for the business and the role.

- 2+ years’ experience in paid media, with a focus on running paid social and display campaigns.
- Hands on experience managing campaigns on platforms including but not limited to; Facebook ads, Instagram, Google Display, Youtube
- Experience managing paid search campaigns.
- Interest in digital marketing.
- Ability to source, analyse and interpret findings from data.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, delivery orientated environment.
- Operate independently and proactively with a positive can-do attitude.

- Experience in presenting to senior business stakeholders.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles and history of using experimentation as a tool to ensure continuous optimisation of paid acquisition.
- Strong excel skills.
- Technical skills with the ability to interact directly with colleagues in IT.
- Experience of the travel industry.
- Understanding of/experience in tagging/tracking systems, particularly GTM.
- Experience taking an active role in the planning
