**About the role**
- Ad-hoc support to Talent & Development team including Learning & Development, Communications & Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion
- Responsibility for Talent Social Media channels - creating and posting content
- Assist with Early Talent campaigns including events, fairs and digital activity
- Facilitation of MAG internal procedures in regards to hiring i.e. booking rooms, PA liaison and security
- Data & MI management including reporting & dashboards
- Participation in Talent Acquisition and wider People projects
