**Reports to CEO **Our client is the leading UK agency for temporary nursing and healthcare professionals.**The team has extensive experience in nursing recruitment combined with cutting-edge systems to deliver the best agency nurses and healthcare professionals to the right roles at short notice. The company follows a comprehensive code of conduct focusingon professionalism, duty of care and a strong work ethic.
Healthcare or recruitment agency experience is desirable, but neither is a specific requirement. HR leadership experience combined with legal/contract literacy and the ability to drive a growing team are the key factors.
There is a tangible '6 figure’ equity opportunity combined with competitive salary/bonus.
The HR Director must be HR qualified and contract literate / legally minded.
The role has responsibility for the strategic direction and overall management of 75 staff in the business. There are 2 direct reports who lead recruitment and administration functions.
