**In the role of HR Administrator your duties will include**:

- Supporting hiring managers and controlling all documentation within the end-to-end recruitment process
- Assisting with the on-boarding of new recruits and the exit process for leavers
- Providing administrative support to the HR team to ensure all employee and contractor life-cycle processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Maintaining digital HR systems to ensure all records are current and compliant with GDPR
- Acting as first point of contact for HR queries
- Advising payroll of any changes affecting salaries and benefits
- Contributing to the continuous development of HR processes and systems
- Providing administrative support where required to help other key areas of the organisation

**To be successful in the role of HR Administrator you will need the following**:

- CIPD level 3 qualified (desired but not essential)
- To be organised
- To be competent in IT and HR Information Systems
- Flexibility
- Have a strong work ethic
- To be an excellent communicator, written & oral
- To be able to work within a team
- Have a passion about working for a leading outdoor experience provider

This is a full time role with a salary of £21,000 - £25,000 on offer depending on qualifications, skills and experience. You will be working 36 hours per week with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
