Duties:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the game experience for guests
- Provide excellent hospitality and guest services to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience
- Set up and reset game rooms according to specific guidelines and instructions
- Brief guests on the rules and objectives of the game, ensuring they have a clear understanding before starting
- Monitor game progress and provide hints or assistance when necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the game
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of games and overall customer satisfaction

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to assist guests in overcoming challenges during gameplay
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
