**Role Overview**

The Account Executive will support the Account Director in the management of key health and beauty client accounts, ensuring effective implementation of all projects and the meeting of client expectations. Key responsibilities include the management of client briefs and projects, resources and costs, maintenance of positive client relationships, and the representation of the client within the agency.
This position would service a myriad of leading health and beauty brands with exposure to briefs spanning ATL and BTL activity ie POS, ecommerce, OOH, eventing etc. The position would play a key role assisting the Account Director to grow the Health and Beauty creative offering for the agency. A positive, agile and can-do attitude is essential, and you will be supported by the AD to grow within the agency and have exposure to a range of clients and industries.
**Client Accountability**

Understand the client’s business, customers, markets, and competitors plus, an understanding of the client’s internal issues, processes, and policies.
- Attend client meetings as required, supporting the AD during meetings, and agreeing to actions regarding existing projects.
- Take tactical briefs from client: to add value and proactively challenge and respond appropriately to the requirements of the brief.
- Assist AD with larger strategic campaign briefs
- Confidently and competently present creative to the client and appropriate peers when required.
- Maintain a day-to-day relationship with the client, ensuring any issues are escalated to senior account management.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is delivered to required standard (contact reports, WIP, schedules etc).
- Liaise with client’s other marketing partners (e.g., media, PR), ensuring an effective service is provided to both these partners and the client in turn.
- Interpret client requirements from a brief and assist in the preparation of a written creative brief.
- Ensure consistently high level of service is provided, including creation of creative briefs, presentation of creative, and its rationale to the client at all levels.

Agency Accountability*

Represent the client and their issues within the agency.
- Take amends accurately from clients and give input where necessary.
- Manage the studio relationship; ensuring client jobs are completed with the studio with accuracy and to agreed timelines
- Provide adequate creative direction and escalate to senior account management where further support is required.
- Ensure studio work is fully checked, proofed, and approved, prior to sending to client.
- Provide support to the Client Services Director as required contributing to the successful running of the agency business.
- Ensure compliance within account team, with all internal agency procedures, including invoicing, purchasing and job management.

Financial Accountability*
- Support the AD in producing accurate and timely estimates for clients, ensuring all charges are within agreed rates and mark-ups.
- Project management of external suppliers to ensure costs meet client expectations as required.
- Internal cost management on projects, ensuring effective delivery within budget, purchase orders are obtained, and all costs are fully invoiced.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience*

Experience across a range of industries and marketing disciplines, together with comprehensive experience agency side. Specific skills required include:

Experience in a client facing role demonstrating project management skills abilities.
- A comprehensive understanding of the marketing, media and production landscape
- Experience in the key areas of marketing communications, including advertising, direct marketing, online, promotion and literature is desirable.
- Excellent project management skills plus an ability to multi-task proficiently.
- A mix of analytical and creative capabilities.
- High level of diplomacy and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships both with clients and within the agency.
- Educated to graduate level.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
