**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Cleaning of communal spaces and end of tenancy works in apartments.
- Cleaning / sweeping and litter picking of building entrances and communal areas.
- To carry out specialist cleaning tasks where required
- Ensure that our sites are kept clean, safe and presentable both internally and externally.
- Monitor the overall standards of cleanliness and infrastructure repair, including fixtures and fittings, reporting back to your Supervisor on any issues
- Hold relevant Health & Safety knowledge for the control and handling of consumables (COSHH)
- Monitor stock levels of consumables advise when replacements need ordering.
- Assist colleagues within the wider Facilities department
- Security checks / opening and securing the building when required.
- Assist with emergency procedures (evacuations) and response (leaks / storm damage / alarms)
