Tender - Guest Curator - Jane Austen 2025

**Invitation to Tender**:
You are invited to submit a tender for the provision of services for the Data Hunters and Story Gatherers Project managed by Hampshire Cultural Trust Limited. HCT’s requirements are for the provision of community engagement support services. The contractor is responsible for the professional delivery of each element of the contract to HCT’s requirements.

The contract will run from January 2024 to November 2025 but some flexibility is required to account for changes to project timescales.

**Fee**:
The trust is committed to the exhibition taking place and to funding the planning phase, starting immediately. Your will work with HCT as a Freelance Service Contractor, appointed through our MyCompliance system.

We have agreed that to deliver the exhibition content (above), your complete curator’s fee will be £5,000 including all VAT and expenses for the duration of the project. This payment will be made in three parts £2,000/ £1,000/ £2,000 - the first signifying the beginning of the research and development phase and the final payment made upon the successful opening of the exhibition.

**How to Respond**:
Send a CV and a covering letter, with a short proposal including your methodology, confirmation of deliverables and confirmation of PLI insurance requirement at £5m and Indemnity insurance.

Applicants will be interviewed against the criteria for the role, by representatives from Hampshire Cultural Trust.
