**Role Overview**:
As our Sales & Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and extraordinary customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure timely order dispatch and meeting customer requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients.
- Assisting in the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and maintaining efficient inventory levels.
- Supporting the overall profitability of the business by contributing to strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Upholding a team-first mentality, working together to drive the success of the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales & operations or a related field.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant office software.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
