A large Construction Manufacturer within the East Midlands.
**Your new role**
- To work within the UK sales team, typically telephone (office) based. Reconnecting with previous accounts and to promote sales of the organisations product range by creating end user demand and feeling business back through channel partners.
- Develop relationships with contract and estimating offices/ departments/ Key branches of regional channel accounts.
- Building excellent relationships with merchants and contractors and deliver excellent customer service and support for those contacts.
- Negotiate terms and sales targets with merchant accounts.
- Proactively identify and secure account and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure that product knowledge is maintained to the highest standard.
- Deliver agreed financial and strategic goals/targets.
- Deliver growth on the back of successful creation of demand generation.
- Maximise selling price and profitability.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relationship builder
- Team Player who can perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- IT Literate
- Desirable - Experience in the construction industry selling to the end user/contractor and channel partners.
- Enthusiastic
- Driven & Highly motivated.
**What you'll get in return**
A competitive salary and a fantastic commission scheme. Working hours of 37.5 Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Office based. Holiday starts at 20 days +BH after completing 1 full year you get 22 then 2 full years you get up to 25 days +BH.
