**What is the role?**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Team. This role typically reports into the HR Business Partner. As a Regional HR Advisor, you will cover the Eastern Counties region which includes, Essex, Norwich, Ipswich, Maidstone, Peterborough and Camberley.

The purpose of the role is to support the HR Business Partner in providing an effective HR service to our businesses within the Eastern Counties region.

**The role will include**:

- Handling employment relations within your area, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence management.
- You will be responsible for managing your caseload through to completion and you will effectively coach and mentor your management team whilst providing first and second line commercially focused advice and you will know when to escalate high risk and complex cases to your line manager.
- You will support, roll out and embed HR initiatives, including driving the effective use of the HR information system along with additional projects as and when required.
- You will travel regularly throughout your division to attend various meetings, including senior management meetings and you will build effective working relationships along the way.

**What we need from you?**
- Previous experience working in a multi-site role and you will be used to managing a high caseload with on occasions conflicting deadlines.
- Comfortable with providing advice across the whole ER spectrum.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both orally and in writing and you will be able to effectively and confidently communicate with colleagues at all levels.
- Valid UK Driving Licence
