**Summary for Senior Fund Administrator**:
The role will focus on assisting with the production of the assessment of value reporting to investors and coordination of the financial reporting process for funds including review of funds’ reports and accounts.

**Principal Activities for Senior Fund Administrator**:

- Production of assessment of value reports including preparation of underlying analysis and supporting schedules.
- Assisting with queries arising from the assessment of value exercise.
- Taking minutes at meetings.
- Monitoring of actions arising from the assessment of value and from working group meetings.
- Review of funds’ reports and accounts.
- Responding to audit queries, signing reports and accounts, and making regulatory submissions.
- Communicating with fund administrators, participating in meetings and providing information for inclusion in the reports and accounts.
- Managing the group inbox and filing documentation internally.
- Ensuring that team procedures are kept updated following any process amendments.
- Maintaining knowledge of funds and of regulatory change through the review of industry papers and bulletins, completion of CISI professional refreshers and attendance at meetings, workshops and conferences.

**Personal Profile for Senior Fund Administrator**:
The job holder will be analytically minded with high attention to detail. They will have strong mathematical and writing skills and have experience of working in the UK regulated funds industry. They will be professional and straightforward in their approach and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people and levels of seniority across the business.

**The following knowledge and experience are essential for the role**:

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to write clearly and succinctly.
- The ability to quickly process, analyse and interpret numerical data.
- Intermediate/ advanced use of Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, charts, nested formulae).
- Use of standard use of office software (e.g. Outlook, Word including mail merge, pdf/ pdf writer, Zoom, Teams, Webex).
- Able to build a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Knowing when to escalate.
- Keen to learn, understand processes and not afraid to challenge.
- Able to pick tasks up quickly and follow instruction.
- Driven to exceed expectations and follow tasks through to completion.
