Responsible for developing finished product specifications
Participates in site audits and traceability tracking of products
Investigate and close out customer complaints, including liasing with customers directly
Investigate and close out non-conformances with retailers
Lead Administrator on the Musgraves (Customer) System
- Knowledge of auditing, quality standards and systems, quality management techniques such as HACCP, Process Control and knowledge of food legislation and legal procedures desirable.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer focus
- Self-motivated and an ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships between the quality function and other functions.
- Competency in MS Office to include word and excel.
